  1. We Take It from Here: We receive the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) or damage report and our claims expert will review your situation, guide you through the next steps, and manage your claim until it’s resolved. 
  1. Receive Updates: You’ll receive real-time updates throughout the process, so you’re never in the dark about the status of your claim.
