  1. We Take It from Here: We receive the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) or damage report and our claims expert will review your situation, guide you through the next steps, and manage your claim until it’s resolved. 
  1. Receive Updates: Receive updates your way — via SMS, email, or phone — based on your preference. We’ll provide weekly progress updates to you, your carrier, and broker, with immediate calls for urgent developments.
