What are New Mexico’s commercial auto insurance minimums? 

Vehicles must carry at least $25,000 for injury to one person, $50,000 for injury to two or more people in one accident, and $10,000 for property damage. A $60,000 surety bond or cash deposit is an accepted alternative. Most businesses carry limits well above these minimums.
