What are Colorado’s minimum auto liability limits? 

The Colorado General Assembly lists these minimum auto liability limits1: 

  • $25,000 for bodily injury or death to one person. 
  • $50,000 for bodily injury or death to all people in one accident. 
  • $15,000 for property damage in one accident.
