What auto insurance does a North Dakota business vehicle need?

The state minimum applies to commercial and business autos. That means $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident of bodily injury liability, $25,000 of property damage, matching uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, and $30,000 of basic no-fault. Commercial vehicles over 20,000 pounds are exempt from the uninsured motorist requirement.
